Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been scheduled for delivery.

Product availability and delivery times can vary seasonally as well as based on demand from our standard time estimates as shown. Swing Set and Playset build times are given on the product page, but usually range from 5-7 weeks.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Delivery and Installation cost for Swing Sets and Playsets is free within our standard delivery area in Maryland and Virginia.

International Shipping

At this time, we only deliver to Maryland and Virginia.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has scheduled for delivery, you will receive an email notification from us.

If you have any issues with the delivery date, please contact us at support@innovativeplaytime.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes.

Refunds

Our refund policy for swing sets is that an order may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery. Specifics regarding return policies can be found on our Refund Policy page.
